Maternity photos

I know someone has posted about this recently, but I can't find it or remember where.  When is the best time to get maternity photos taken?  I'm a FTM so it's hard for me to gauge how I look now at 26 weeks to where how I'll look in the next several weeks. 

DH is a professional photographer so we're just going to go out one weekend and do them (he just doesn't do weddings/babies/etc so he doesn't know either; he's a product photographer for Kohl's ).  So, we can pick anytime.  Thanks
