Quick fix for over supply issue? Help!

For the last couple of days I have been suffering through an over supply issue. After two hours my boobs feel like rocks. I have explosive boobs! They squirt my baby in the face. I don't want to pump to make it worse but I feel like I have to. I'm afraid of getting mastitis or clogged ducts. I'm also afraid my baby isn't getting enough hindmilk, because they usually still feel full after eating. He hasn't had a lot of green poo though, which I guess is a good sign. But what can I do to fix this problem? I have searched everywhere on google and haven't found a good answer yet. help me please
