Tylenol PM?

So today somebody close to me commented on how terrible I've been looking lately (thanks... how thoughtful) and asked how I've been doing. Truth is, I haven't been sleeping well at all. This has been a problem the entire pregnancy but the past two weeks have been so much worse. A couple of women suggested that I try Tylenol PM since preggos are allowed Tylenol. After some independence research I found that both ingredients in the PM are class B, meaning they're safe for pregnant women. While I know I should call the doctor I wanted to see if any of you ladies have had any experience with Tylenol PM. Let your answers flow
