How many of you don't use a nursing pillow?

I BF both of my kids for more than 12 months.  I plan to EBF my new LO, too.  I got rid of my classic Boppy because I actually hated it the entire time I used it.  I was thinking about getting a My Breast Friend pillow because I like the shape of it better, but DH has a problem with me spending $50 for a pillow.

I think I can probably get away with just using regular pillows, but what do you guys think?  How many of you don't use a "nursing" pillow.  If you can't live without one, which one do you use?
