3 weeks: growth spurt, reflux, overactive letdown???

So, my lo was doing great initially with sleeping although he fought his swaddle he was going 3-4 hours between 1 week and 3 weeks. Now, since hitting 3 weeks he has had me up almost all night for 3 days! He will sleep no longer than 1.5 hours on his back in the bassinet and is then up screaming and the only thing that soothes him is more milk (EBF). He does struggle with the swaddle, forcefully try to push out gas (I have eliminated dairy), and has some issues with gagging while he is sleeping. So....I am wondering if we are just dealing with a growth spurt or if my little one has an issue with silent reflux and is just now becoming increasingly uncomfortable.
