Decreased movement?--38 weeks

Hi ladies,

I'm 38 weeks and today I feel like the baby has moved a lot less than normal. I feel movement, it's just not as frequent/doesn't last as long as it normally does. Baby was super active yesterday and easily passed the NST in 20 minutes. I also had an ultrasound and everything checked out perfectly. I know I'm probably just being a paranoid FTM, but are slow days normal at this point?
