Late afternoon supply drop

By late afternoon I feel like my milk supply dros off and I have to offer a bottle to LO to keep him happy. Does this happen to anyone else, and how do you keep up your supply during the day.

Im trying to exclusively breastfeed and have come great strides with weaning off a nipple sheild. I just feel like there just isn't quite enough which frustrates me.

Advice? Suggestions?
