Did you have a c-section with LO #1 (+)

I had a c-section with my first LO last year. My scar has always felt tender (which I know is normal). I am 30 weeks pregnant with LO #2 and my scar is beginning to hurt a lot more. =/

In the weeks after my first c-section, I couldn't wear anything even near the incision (que the granny pannies); Well, it's beginning to feel like that again.

Any other moms having issues with their c-section scars during this pregnancy? What have you done to help be more comfortable while wearing jeans, etc?
