Early Labor - Signs/how long for you?

Starting at 830pm last night I had contractions.. i wasnt sure since im a FTM. They were in my lower belly - below my belly button and every 25 - 30 min to start. They lasted about 40 seconds each probably, some shorter some longer. Then they were far apart at different amounts. I slept on and off - but since about 6am have been 15 min apart. I also have gone to the bathroom 3x since this started... I have a doula and she said to just go about my day bc there is no telling how long it'll take to get to 10 minutes apart even. Just curious if this sounds like anyone else's beginning of early labor?

 

Before the actual repetition started i just had cramps...
