Measuring ahead? Charting/due date questions...

I have always been a little suspicious of my due date. The first day of my last MSP was September 1st and I got my BFP on October 7th. I'm not sure when I ovulated because I got pregnant immediately after going off the pill. Based on my first ultrasound the tech determined my due date of June 23rd but mentioned that a couple of the shots had the baby measuring a week further along (but kept the 23rd as the due date). I saw my Dr today and she said I am measuring at 34 weeks (based on due date I am 32/2) and was concerned I am having a big baby. Now to my question: For those of you who "measured ahead" did you just have a big baby or did you deliver early?
