My OB confirmed last Tuesday that LO has dropped, the past few days my acid reflex has gotten 10x's worse and I've been on meds for it for a while but now my meds aren't doing anything. Every time I go to the bathroom I go #1 and #2 and my stomach has been really upset starting yesterday... No fever, been having dizzy spells that I haven't had since I started on my Iron supplements over 2 months ago. Woke up in the middle of the night so dizzy I almost threw up all over the bed.

Are these signs that labor is near? Baby has been measuring 2-3 weeks ahead and my fundal height is at 41cm. The sheet my OB gave me with the labor signs has all of these things on there. I just don't want to go into labor too soon because my hospital won't stop labor after 34 weeks. 

Opinions?
