Question about nursing and medication

I am on prescription eye drops for the next week and my daughter is EBF. The information for the RX tells me that it should only be used when absolutely necessary during pregnancy and it is unknown if it passes to breast milk. My Dr. seems to think it is ok, but I worry anyways. I have about 2-3 weeks BM frozen, should I use my stash this next week, or should I continue feeding her?
