thinks bottle is a toy

DS is almost 4 mnths old and EBF. Since birth he took an occasional bottle of BM with no problem, but now it is so difficult! He chews and plays with it, half of it drips down his face. Eventually he starts to eat, but off and on and 5 oz. takes an hour. I am a SAHM but want to be able to leave him with others and not worry about him eating. I use playtex drop ins and Dr. browns. I am offering him the bottle once a day. any tips?
