my baby won't latch! :(

Ever since my milk started to come in, he has refused to latch at all. i am getting desperate! i eventually just pumped some and then fed it to him in an eyedropper. It seems like my breasts are pretty full, but i'm only getting 1 1/2 oz between both of them...   Also, i already tried a warm washcloth and pumped a little before i tried to feed him so that it wouldn't be so difficult for him to latch. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
