Internal pain post c-section?

It's been just over 4 weeks since my c-section and birth of DD. The incision has been healing well and the scar looks good, but just above the scar it has felt bruised inside. Even still, it's been improving until this morning. At some point while sleeping I really stretched my entire body. I could feel in my abdomen (in the area above my incision) some pain on the right side. It is still very sore. Is it possible to have pulled something inside that was healing from the surgery?
