Soft breasts/Not feeling full

I am concerned about my milk supply. This is my second breastfeeding experience and it seems to be much different then my first. DS2 is a good nurser, at the beginning I had milk coming in filling me up fine. Over the last few days I have noticed my breasts becoming softer/smaller. I also feel as though I let down less often and don't have that same full feeling even when I do. However my son is still having consistant wet diapers and bms. I am concerned b/c I am taking claritin for allergies and was told it can dry you up. I hydrate very well. But I am terrified my milk supply is reducing so I went off of my claritin (just today).

I breastfeed DS1 for 18 months and don't remember feeling like this until we got down to two feedings a day. I would be devastated if I could not continue breastfeeding

What do you think? Any similar experiences? Advice?
