Suggestions for a good bf book?

Can someone recommend a good book on breastfeeding? Not the why, but more the how, and what to do if problems arise?

I'm almost due with my second child and my first was a preemie. I pumped for all16 weeks she was in the hospital, but my milk never fully came in. I tried everything anyone suggested, and the NICU LCs were stumped. Something similar happened to my sister (not the preemie, but milk not fully coming in), so I'm worried about it happening again and want to have more resources this time.

There are so many books out there, it's hard to know what's good. Can someone suggest a good one that talks about practical methods? (I got really tired of hearing the "you're just not trying hard enough" arguments last time)
