Bottle problems while I work...:(

I wish that I could EBF but I have to work part time so that isn't an option. I didn't think we would have problems with the bottle because she refused the breast for the first 2 weeks. Now she won't take the bottle while I am gone. I feel really bad for her and my husband and mom who watch her while I am at work. Have any of you had this problem? She is just refusing opting for a paci or a finger to suck on. I don't know if I should nurse her or if I should withhold until she takes the bottle. I don't want to starve her but she has to start taking the bottle, she can't keep not eating and being miserable for everyone who has to watch her.
