Brief blurred vision in one eye

Ladies, twice in the past 2 wks I have had bouts of blurred vision. It's just one eye and doesn't last long. With DD I had PIH so I am a little concerned that I might be developing it again but it seems different. I have no headache, my BP has been fine so far, no swelling etc.... Anyone have experience with this and have it be unrelated to BP issues? If so, do u know the cause? It just happened and only lasted about 10 min, if it comes back I am going to call my Dr.
