Vitamin D; gas and poops.

We started giving LO drops last wednesday and i have noticed that he is more gassy now. Not burps but toots, and they are pretty stinky! I haven't changed my diet or eaten anything different than i had been before. So could it be the drops? It is the only thing we are doing differently. We are using the Infamil V-Dsol ones, has anyone else had this problem? 

He has also gone from pooping once a day to only pooping every other day, and they are a little darker than they used to be. (from bright yellow, to a brownish orange, now to a more burnt orange color) He doesn't seem uncomfortable, but he gets really upset right before he poo's.

 Should i call his pedi about this? We don't have another appt until june 10th. TIA c:
