Dr. cancelled appt today.

DH and I are half way to the Dr office this morning and they call to tell me we need to reschedule my appt. My OB forgot to tell the office he had to testify at court today and the other OB in the office is on vacation. I'm due Friday and today was supposed to be my first internal. So when the office calls to reschedule they tell me my OB is booked for the rest of the week and they don't have anything available until next Wednesday the 25th. Five days after my due date?!?!? Needless to say I asked to talk to one of the nurses I'm familiar with and she worked me in for tomorrow so all is well now. My OB sure dropped the ball this time... not really impressed.
