Almost constant Braxton Hicks

I have been having BH contractions pretty regularly since Saturday night.  I get them whenever I stand up. My friend who is a mother of 2 says she got them a lot at the end of her pregnancies as well.  I haven't had any cramping and so far normal blood pressure at all my appointments. I don't have any other issues.  I have my next appointment on Thursday...I am nervous if I make too big a deal of it. I know that they are normal to get it just worries me that even if I am laying down on my left side...I still get them.  Anyone else having this problem?
