XP July 2012: Flying while pregnant - tell me your experiences

I'm not quite in 3rd Tri yet, but I thought I might have more luck here with women who flew while visibly pregnant... 

I'm flying from Michigan to San Diego next week for work and I'm not worried about the actual flight (doc just said to stay hydrated & walk around), but I'm curious about the security process.

Did you go through the x-ray backscatter body scanner? How did it go if you opted out? Did anyone give you a hard time going through security? What else should I know? TIA!
