To Call or Not to Call

I am so sick. I think I have a sinus infection (lots of pain in left cheek area), am super achy and nauseous with diareah as well, but no fever. I feel like a wimp for calling my OB because with no fever, I feel like I'm just dealing with a really bad cold. I have my 34 wk appt on Thursday. Should I just wait to see if it clears up? Or should I skip my OB and call my primary? I just want to feel JUST big and pregnant again. I promise I won't complain anymore, as long as I get rid of this junk! .
