Acid Reflux Problems (kinda gross)

I thought I had heartburn before I got pregnant, but I really had no idea how terrible it really is. Every night it is so bad that it wakes me up and I have to walk around a little bit and take some tums before I can fall back asleep.

Another weird thing that has been happening lately is I will wake up occasionally choking on my own saliva (gross I know). Well a weird combination of the two occured last night and I inhaled stomach acid, and a good amount of it. I could hardly breathe for like half an hour and nothing I did provided relief.. It still hurts. Looks like I'll be on the couch till LO's arrival because I definitely don't want to deal with that again.
