Baby is breech...may need ECV :(

I'm 35 weeks and just found out baby is breech. Unless baby flips by my appt next week, I'll need an ECV since my hospital will not vaginally deliver breech babies. If I do, my OB suggests getting a spinal as that relaxes my muscles and improves chances of success.

I cannot stop crying, I know you're supposed to keep an open mind about L&D and not expect things to go how you plan, but I was completely mentally prepared to go through a vaginal delivery. If I do end up needing a CSection, all future babies will need to be born this way too (my hospital also doesn't perform VBACs). I will do anything to avoid a CSection! 

I am just PRAYING to God that baby flips! Has anyone had a version before? And what was your experience/success with it?
