LO literally causing stretch marks?

A few days ago DH noticed I have some of those 'ripple effect' looking stretch marks to the right of my belly button. All the other ones I have are just little inch length ones. Then tonight we came to the realization (even though we already knew it, it just sorta hit us) that LO loves being on that side of my stomach. So he's thinking that's why I only have those in the one spot. 

Anyone else experiencing this? Is she really stretching my skin in that one spot that much?
