High BP is anything over....?

Im 32 weeks and my BP is elevated when sitting (140/88) and low when laying down (120/72) all within the same minute. 

Im considered high risk because Ive had pre-eclampsia twice but this pregnancy has gone so well thus far.  Ive bought urine sticks to check my urine at home and I have no traces of any now.  Ive also been sick with a respiratory infection the last few weeks and am wondering if the BP is elevated because of the stress on my body from being sick.

Would you worry with BP at 140/88 when sitting?
