Braxton Hicks

Hi Everyone,

I'm 37 weeks and I feel cramping throughout different parts of the day.  Just like light period cramps.  They are not regular or anything and are not to painful.  Are these braxton hicks?  I'm just wondering. I feel them only at the bottom of my belly....I don't feel them going all the way down my belly.  Sometimes I get belly tightening, but not with pain.  I just have no idea what BH feel like.
