Everynight i prop a body pillow behind my back and front....im comfortable, but i always wake up on my back!! It does not matter what position i sleep in.
With DS i moved to the couch in month 8 to keep this from happening.
My question is....will your body wake you up of something is wrong? Is it that necessary that i try to keep this from happening? Obviously, when i wake up on my back, i readjust back to one of my sides. Is there risk of cutting off the supply to the baby in this position?
I have an appt on Thursday, so i plan to ask, but i wanted to see what you had been told.
