Pumping duration ?

I work an 7 hour day and pump 3 times during that time. At first I would pump for about 10 minutes on each side at each session. Now I pump 15 minutes on each side at each session. I was trying to get my milk supply up because DD was eating more than what I would pump while at work. My milk supply has gone up, however I only actually get milk for the 1st 3-5 minutes. After that I don't get anything and if I do it is a drop here and there. Every once in a while I will get a 2nd let down but even then it isn't enough for a half ounce. Do I need to be pumping for that long or can I take it back a little. I will still be pumping every 2-3 hours.
