Csection planned &Breast feeding help?

Hi I'm about 26 weeks pregnant with my second boy, I'm writing because with him I had to have a csection. When I got out of recovery the nurse had already gave him formula and when I kept trying to nurse him it wouldn't work, I didn't get milk in till about 10 days after he was born. This time around I still need a csection but I really want to breast feed. I guess I'm just nervous that I'll have a similar issue with no milk wi a csection..anybody have any tips that can help speed my milk up or help the process, I talked to my doctor and she said its fairly common with csections.
