extreme hip pain...hardly bearable to walk

almost 32 weeks...and woke up this morning with severe hip pain.  a nurse where I work automatically says "baby has dropped"...and another coworker says I should call the doctor.  this is baby #3...I don't really feel this warrants and dr's call...but what do you all think??  i'm fine when sitting down or lying down but walking is difficult.  Luckily I have a low key scheduled day at work today unless I have unexpected visitors...then I'm in trouble.  I was literally in tears when dropping DD#2 off at preschool this morning.  To call or not to call??
