pain in stomach

the only way I can describe it is that my stomach feels sore like I ate too much (which I haven't) i've had plenty of water today as well...does anyone else feel like this? or should I call my dr...we are heading to parents house for an easter egg hunt with the kids and I'd rather not overreact if possible...any info would be appreciated...TIA
