Too much milk- Vent

I am producing way too much milk. So much that my baby gags when I feed her, bites down on my nipples which are red and raw, and spits up a ton. I have to pump milk out before each feed and deal with boobs that feel like they are going to constantly explode.

If that weren't enough through some cruel twist of fate I have a baby that sleeps through the night but I have to wake up every 2-3 hours to pump some milk out so I am not in complete agony all night.

Now for the major vent- If one more nurse, doc or lactation consultant tells me that I have a good problem I might seriously throw a fit. Sore boobs and a gagging baby is not a good problem in my books.
