Moms of more than 1, does it get better?

I have a 4 year old DS and just brought my DD home from the hospital a week ago. So in 1 week I feel like the biggest failure as a mom of 2. DD seems to want to nurse constantly (at least 14 times per day!), which leaves me very little time to spend with DS. And it's taking its toll already. DS is beginning to act up and make comments about how much time I spend with DD. Will it be getting better soon so that DS and I can spend some time together?
