Manual pump users

Any recs? And has anyone gone from using electric to hand pumps? I've just gone back to work and would prefer using a manual because it's smaller and don't have to worry about plug ins or batteries, but don't know how well it works after using electric for so long. I know it's different for everyone, just curious.. TIA!
