How can I get baby to drop?

LO is balled up in my ribs in breech position with her feet in her face and butt down. Needless to say, this is super uncomfortable. We went in for our 3D/4D ultrasound and saw nothing but legs and butt! .

What can I do to get her to drop? I'm anxious to see her and breathe again!
