Transition from EP to EBF?

DD is in the NICU after being born at 35 weeks at a weight of 3lbs 8oz (IUGR). I've been pumping and that part of things is going well. DD's only hurdle to getting home is eating. In the last 24 hours, she has had way more success with bottles than BFing. I have a 2 1/2 year old at home and have already been through a 3-week NICU stay with her. I am desperate to get our LO home and feel like bottles will accomplish that quickly.

The downside is that I'm worried about bringing her home while EPing. With a newborn and a toddler, I may never sleep! Have any of you successfully transitioned from EPing to BFing? Any tips?
