Pumping for __ minutes?

Reading about how long to pump, I'm curious to hear what other women are actually doing wrt this?...

My typical routine was to pump for 2 minutes at each setting, starting at 5 so my total pump time was 10 minutes.

I just tried (2 hours ago) pumping for 2 minutes on 5, then 10 minutes on 4...milk was done flowing, so I stopped then.

And I always hand express as much as I possibly can also.

What do you do? Do you really (consistently) get a second letdown?

I could DEFINITELY use more milk production if pumping for longer might help that...tia
