Hypoglycemia, blood glucose low

Does anyone know anything about hypoglycemia? I took my 28 week blood glucose test yesterday to check if I have gestational diabetes. I got the results back and my number was 69. The normal range is 70-130. I'm right on the brink. Does anyone else have these type of numbers? I'm sure it's nothing because it's only one number off from the normal range. I'm waiting to see if my doctor contacts me.
