DD emptying both breasts and still not satisfied

My DD has been emptying both of my breasts lately at several feedings. She pulls off and cries because there is nothing there anymore and she is not satisfied. I have had to supplement her feedings with frozen milk from my stash. What could be causing this? I thought BFing was supply and demand! I thought at first she was just getting lazy because milk wasn't flowing as fast, but today I pumped after a feeding where she did this and almost nothing came out. This just started a week ago. Breastfeeding has been going really well up until this point...Is it possible my supply dropped? How can I fix this?
