Bra = Clogged Ducts?

Can the way a bra fits be the cause of clogged/plugged ducts?

I've been getting frequent plugs since coming back to work and I think I've associated them with one of my nursing bras. It's the right size, but it has an underwire. The others I wear don't have an underwire.

Could the bra be the culprit? Or just coincidence?
