It seems the last couple of days my supply has tanked. My DD was screaming last night when I tried to feed her because I don't think she was getting enough and I haven't been able to pump enough at work. Also I am stressed from just moving into a new house and I got my first PP period. So I am trying to get my supply up. So this is what I am doing (started yesterday when I realized my supply was down)
1. Eating oatmeal for breakfast
2. Taking Fenugreek
3. Trying to drink more water
4. Extending my pumping time at work
5. Adding a pumping session after DD goes to bed. She sleeps though the night.
Anything else I should try or should this help increase my supply again.
