Breech at almost 37 weeks...

For those of you who had a breech baby this late, did your baby flip or did you have to have a c-section. 

I previously delivered vaginally at 39 weeks with DD, but she was head down.  I'm a little worried DS won't flip in time and I'll have to have a c-section.  I've read up on lots of exercises to do, but he's still breech. =(
