Changing OB at 35 weeks?

I've been having a lot of health concerns this pregnancy and my OB seems so casual about them. The most recent is labs results that show I test positive for CMV. Although it was the high risk doctor who ordered them my regular OB was the first person I've talked to since I got the results. Now I'm not a doctor but it seems that CMV is a very serious issue. When I asked him about it at my appointment yesterday his response was that he wasn't going to do anything any how. He said not to worry about it. He did even take the time to tell me what it was. Hopefully the high risk doctor will call soon and give me some answers but my regular OB I've lost trust in. Is it too late to change OBs especially since I have something wrong?
