What the heck is wrong with me?

I left school today because I just felt like garbage. It started last night. I have a headache, I don't feel like eating anything and I have a weird sensation/tightness in my belly. I'm just really achy and feel like crap.

LO has been moving normally, so I think she is fine.... I just have no idea what I could be sick with. TIA.
