Pumping little amounts and storage

I am a SAHM and exclusively BFing. My first DD never took a bottle, and I only did pumping for a little while (and totally incorrectly...I wasted so much!).

I would like DD2 to take a bottle of EM occasionally. I don't want to pump so much or so frequently that my supply increases. I pumped an ounce this morning, and am thinking of doing that every other morning to slowly build a small stash. How is best to store this? I don't want to freeze a single ounce in bags, but I also don't want to leave it in the fridge too long until there's enough to store. Should I just dump it in the same freezer bag each day until there's enough for one bottle in it and keep it in the freezer? Or should I keep the bag in the fridge until I have enough for a bottle and then freeze it?

How do you minimal pumpers do it?
