Daytime versus night time feeding

DD nurses before bed around 7 pm and then wakes up around 1 am to eat again and then somewhere between 4 am and 6 am to start her day.  I send four 3.5 ounce bottles to daycare with her and she has a solid breakfast, lunch, and snack there.  Some days because of when she took her naps and when DH gets there to pick her up they only give her three of the bottles.  I've begun to wonder if they consistently gave her all four bottles would she skip that 1 am feeding.  What do you ladies think?
