28 weeks and spotting.

So I have had absolutely no problems with this pregnancy (my first) until today. I went to the bathroom and have some light spotting. Now i know this is normal if you have had sex or worked out but I have been lazy all day hardly moved and haven't had sex in like a month. So yeah I know I shouldn't be super worried but I am. I know at the 20 week they said my placenta was a little low but that it should have moved. I have an appointment tomorrow I suspect they will check this again to see if it has. but omg I am so worried! I know there isn't much I can do but that's my baby! Any other women have light bleeding around this time?
